Nondiscrimination Policy
The Ada Arts Council does not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, color, national origin,
sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity in any of its programs, services, or
activities. The Council is committed to providing an accessible arts experiences and will make
reasonable accommodations to ensure full participation by individuals with disabilities.
Grievance Procedure
The Ada Arts Council has adopted a Section 504 Grievance Procedure. A person may submit a disability-related complaint verbally, in writing, or by email to the Section 504 Coordinator within 30 days of the incident.
